Day 1
- Breakfast: coffee without sugar.
- Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, boiled cabbage salad with veggie oil.
- Dinner: fish without salt.
Day 2
- Breakfast: coffee, toast.
- Lunch: fish without salt, cabbage salad with veggie oil.
- Dinner: 200 g of boiled cattle meat, without salt, a natural fat free yogurt.
Day 3
- Breakfast: coffee, toast.
- Lunch: medium zucchini, fried without salt, apples.
- Dinner: 200 g of boiled cattle meat, 2 hard boiled eggs, cabbage salad with veggie oil.
Day 4
- Breakfast: coffee.
- Lunch: an egg, 3 boiled carrots, 15 g of cheese.
- Dinner: apples.
Day 5
- Breakfast: raw carrot.
- Lunch: big fish without salt, a glass of tomato juice.
- Dinner: fruits (except bananas, watermelon or melon)
Day 6
- Breakfast: coffee.
- Lunch: half of boiled chicken, cabbage salad or raw carrot.
- Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, carrot with veggie oil.
Day 7
- Breakfast: green tea.
- Lunch: 200 g of boiled cattle meat or boiled chicken, fruits.
- Dinner: Anything from day 1 to day 6.
Day 8
- Breakfast: coffee.
- Lunch: half of boiled chicken, cabbage salad or raw carrot.
- Dinner: apple.
Day 9 = Day 5
Day 10 = Day 4
Day 11 = Day 3
Day 12 = Day 2
Day 13 = Day 1
