You can lose between 15 to 17 pounds in the course of 13 days by using this diet, due the fact that this diet changes your metabolism rate.
The result of this dietetic program lasts for approximately 3 years.
There are two variations of this diet: 14 days or 13 days.
14 days Diet
Day 1
- Breakfast: black coffee.
- Lunch: two hard eggs, cabbage salad with veggie oil, a glass of tomato juice or a fresh tomato.
- Dinner: fried or boiled fish, cabbage salad with veggie oil.
Day 2
- Breakfast: black coffee and a toast.
- Lunch: fried or boiled fish, cabbage salad with veggie oil.
- Dinner: 200 g of boiled cattle meat, a fat free yogurt.
Day 3
- Breakfast: black coffee.
- Lunch: raw egg, 3 big sized boiled carrots flavored with veggie oil.
- Dinner: apples.
Day 4
- Breakfast: black coffee.
- Lunch: a great root of parsley, fried within veggie oil, apples.
- Dinner: 2 boiled hard eggs, 200 g of boiled cattle meat, cabbage oil with veggie oil.
Day 5
- Breakfast: grated raw carrot, flavored with a little bit of lemon juice.
- Lunch: a big fish (500 g), fried or boiled, a glass of tomato juice.
- Dinner: a fried or boiled fish, cabbage oil with veggie oil.
Day 6
- Breakfast: black coffee.
- Lunch: 500 g of boiled chicken, cabbage or carrot salad.
- Dinner: 2 hard boiled eggs, raw carrot salad with veggie oil.
Day 7
- Breakfast: tee.
- Lunch: 200 g of boiled cattle meat, fruits
- Dinner: anything from previous dinners, except day 3.
Repeat the diet from day 8.
