Sometimes we do not need drastic changes. Most of the time we simply need to get rid of 4 or 6 pounds and strengthen the muscles. If this is your problem, you don’t really need to stop eating, since food is the best medicine.
Lets start with the amount of pounds that are bothering you. If they are more than 11 – stop reading… this diet is not for you. But if you had a moment of tension or happiness in which you exceeded yourself with donuts or cinnamon, you gained some weight and now you regret it, keep reading these advices.
The base of this diet is the same one used in many others – caloric breakfast and lunch, a light afternoon snack and even a lighter dinner. Also, you will need to include certain special foods in your menu, whether you like it or not. These foods will help your digestion, making sure that you assimilate your foods by 100%. And these foods are: yogurt (low fat and without any taste), fresh cabbage salad and apples with a spoonful of lemon juice, which increases the intestinal transit and opens the appetite, and the very important green tea – which eliminates toxins. And every morning, take a glass of Beauty Nectar – a hot glass of water with a spoonful of lemon juice. But do not assume that because it is simple, it will not work. Sometimes the simplest things can do miracles.
Menu of the Week
Breakfast – any fruit of your choice, a cup of coffee or tea. I always choose coffee in the morning. You can add a spoonful of sugar. And then you follow it with yogurt, egg, and a little bid of integral bread with jelly or honey.
Lunch – A cup of veggie soup or chicken clear soup (without chicken meat or skin). Or you can also take fish soup. All of this without grease. The second dish – a little bit of boiled rice, and a small piece of chicken, meat or fish, preferably cooked in an oven and wrapped with aluminum paper before cooking. The dessert – fruits, and you can enjoy your favorite cake.
Dinner – veggie salad of your choice with a little bit of olive oil or sunflower, two medium oven-baked potatoes. But in the second week of this diet you can include two pieces of your favorite cheese in the dinner, even though it is a highly caloric food, and once a week – somewhat fried, why not, like chicken, but without the skin or meat marl. We all know that if we eat once or twice a day, our body interprets this fact as a warning of difficult times to come and tries to store the fat, just in case.
There are many myths about the coffee. Some say that it is good, others that it is bad for your health, etc. The truth is that a good black coffee is an excellent digestive, but destroys some vitamins, especially the vitamin C. To compensate for this fact, it is very important to ingest more vitamin C with fruits and veggies.
This menu is not subject to changes. You will need to eat a single type of food (monodiet) for breakfast, lunch and dinner one day of the week. These foods can include fish, yogurt, potato, and the most pleasant – the fruits. Throughout these days the body losses a lot of water, so do not forget to drink a lot of mineral water.
